STM has been recognised by the International Rugby Board in their research, which is designed to control and measure the quality of artificial turfs. We know that quality is key, and so only provide the best in synthetic turf technology.

Pitches can be designed in various sizes depending on use. We also offer options for fencing systems, which can provide a safe playing environment. As part of our fencing options we can install kick boards and pitch dividers to accommodate for training sessions. With our lighting options and all-weather turf, training sessions are possible all year round, as well as winter hire-out.

All weather usability: an STM synthetic turf surface

Our artificial grass is made from long non-abrasive fibres that are supported with silica sand infill and recycled rubber. There is a shock pad underneath the turf, typically 25mm up to 50mm, which is designed for firmness and the absorption of impact.

At STM we understand the importance of aftercare when it comes to your Rugby pitch. We are always happy to discuss an appropriate synthetic turf maintenance plan for you, including re-surfacing.

We also offer various fencing options and full sports lighting services from our partner the Sports Lighting Company; we like to round the job off. It’s important to us to see you have everything you need before, during and after the installation.
